Churme Laddu Recipe

Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour 250 gms
  2. Semolina 40 gms
  3. Ghee 45 gm and for deep frying
  4. Water 70 ml
  5. Sugar 100 gms
  6. Almond 15 gm
  7. Pistachio 15 gm

Method of Preparation:-

  • In a mixing bowl take wheat flour and semolina.
  • Mix them well.
  • Pour three tbsp of melted ghee, mix well with flour
  • Now make stiff dough of wheat flour by adding a little water at a time.
  • Cover with a damp cloth and leave it for 20 minutes.
  • Divide into 10portion and give shapes of round balls.
  • Heat ghee in a Kadhai deep-fries all the round balls till it turns to a golden brown.
  • Drain out the fried balls on kitchen paper.
  • Grind all the fried balls.
  • Take out thin slices of almonds and pistachios.
  • Mix the rest of ingredients including sugar and ghee.
  • Make round balls and served.
