Gole Burfi / Nariyal Burfi Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. Khoya 250 gms
  2. Coconut (dry and ground) 125 gms
  3. Cardamom seeds (ground) 15 gms
  4. Ghee 15 gms
  5. Sugar 150 gms
  6. Water 50-60 ml
  7. Nuts 10-15 each

Method of Preparation:-

  1. Mix khoya and coconut and fry them lightly with ghee on low heat.
  2. Prepare the one-string syrup by dissolving sugar in the water.
  3. Now stir the coconut mixture into the syrup.
  4. Grease the plate and spread the grated nuts on it.
  5. Spread the prepared evenly over the plate and allow it to cool.
  6. Cut it into desired shapes with a knife.
  7. Turn them over so that the nuts covered part appear on the top.
  8. Coconut (Nariyal ki burfi) is ready to be served.
