Ingredients
- ½ cup or 50 grams wheat / Atta
- ½ cup or 20 grams rice flour
- 2 tbsp Rava / Sooji
- 1 tbsp curd
- 1½ cup water, or as required
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 1 piece ginger, finely chopped
- 1 green Chilli, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp curry leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin / Jeera
- 1 tsp salt
- Oil for roasting
Directions
- In a mixing bowl take ½ cup wheat, ½ cup rice flour, 2 tbsp rava /sooji and 1 tbsp curd.
- Add 1 cup water add in 1 tbsp curd.
- Mix well making sure there are no lumps.
- Next add 1 inch ginger, 1 green chilli, add ½ onion, 2 tbsp coriander, 2 tbsp curry leaves, 1 tsp cumin zeera and 1 tsp salt.
- Add ½ cup water or as required and prepare a flowing consistency batter like of rava dosa.
- Keep the batter for 20 minutes.
- Then after check consistency and add more water if required.
- Now dosa batter is ready to pour on hot tawa.
- Spread the mix on pan in circular motion to make thin Dosa.
- Serve hot with Chutney and Sambar.
