Kasar with Gur and Ghee Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- Atta (wheat flour) 250 gms
- Pure ghee 150 gms
- Gur (Jaggery) 150 gms
Method of Preparation:-
- Roasted atta in kadhai till medium brown.
- Add malted ghee and crushed jaggery.
- Mix well and make smooth texture.
