Suji Halwa(Rava)
INGREDIENTS
- Suji (Semolina) 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Pure Ghee ½ cup
- Water 2.5 cup
- Cashew nuts and Raisins 30 gms
Method of Preparation:-
- Cook semolina in a dry pan preferably with thick base, cook till light to golden brown.
- Add ghee, cook for few minutes
- Cook for a while.
- Add water, stir consistently, cook till water evaporates and the dish leaves ghee on its sides.
- Add nuts
- Serve hot
